In spite of all that I have gone through, this angel has taken care
of me and protected me all my life.

Zijkant Oog: This issue of being helpless and not being able to have anybody
take care of me.
Onder Oog: Feeling all alone and frightened.
Onder Neus: But I have an angel now, and I know this angel is here.
Onder Mond: This angel is with me.
Sleutelbeen Kop: This angel will protect me for the rest of my life.
Onder Arm: It will dissolve any issues that I've been through.
Boven op het Hoofd: It's time for me to be free now.
Begin Wenkbrauw: I can run and dance and play.
Zijkant Oog: I can be who I am meant to be.
Onder Oog: I can be who I was born to be.
Onder Neus: I am safe now.
Onder Mond: It's safe to feel safe.
Sleutelbeen Kop: It's safe to be safe.
Onder Arm: It's safe to let go.
Boven op het Hoofd: A great freedom and a great love surrounds me, and all is truly well in my life now. And so it is.
Take a deep breath.
Tune back into your body, or back into your feeling, and notice any
change. You can repeat the above tapping sequences as often as you
wish. Of course, you can use the affirmation tapping anytime to
boost your feelings of being safe and your level of happiness!
